Asia’s Largest Medical Technology Trade Show

As part of this program, CarbGeM will exhibit at MEDICAL TAIWAN, the largest international medical and healthcare trade show in Taiwan, to be held in Taipei from June 5 (Thu) to June 7 (Sat), 2025.

As a leading exhibition for the medical and elderly care industries in Taiwan, MEDICAL TAIWAN draws healthcare professionals, distributors, and researchers primarily from across Asia. CarbGeM will use this opportunity to showcase its innovative microbial diagnostic solutions powered by AI and image analysis technologies developed in Japan.

BiTTE®-iE, AI Software for Microbial Classification Support (RUO)

BiTTE®-iE enables high-precision bacterial classification based on AI-powered analysis of Gram-stained images. Trained on data correlating Gram-stained images with culture-based species identification results, the software rapidly infers likely bacterial species. By mounting a smartphone running the BiTTE®-iE app onto an optical microscope and capturing an image, bacterial predictions can be displayed in approximately 10 seconds.
